TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All Sales are in France funds.
- CONFIRMATION : You will receive a confirmation e-mail or fax from Us upon completing Your order within 48 hours .
Please leave your e-mail address ,fax and a daytime phone number where we can reach you.
- All orders are subject to confirmation from the Paris Webservices .
- Ticket Prices and availability are not guaranteed until orders are
confirmed.
- In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing received from our
suppliers, Paris Webservices Service shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for that product listed.
- PRICE: All Prices reflect our cost of obtaining preferred seating. Prices quoted
include a service charge over the face value. The service charge ,26 EUR with
each ticket , supply and demand and our cost of
acquiring premium tickets. All prices are guaranteed at the time the order is
confirmed.
- DELIVERY :We ship all tickets via mail or our delivery service to either business or residence
locations.
- We charge 15 EUR for hotel or Apartment delivery .All deliveries will require a signature .It's your responsibility too be available t accept the delivery at your hotel or apartment in Paris You also agree to provide us with a secure delivery address at your hotel and authorize your hotel concierge to accept delivery of the package for you.The hotel concierge will sigh delivery for you and keep the envelope until your arrival.
- Upon completion of
your sale, an invoice and receipt will be mailed separately to your billing
address. When you receive your tickets, keep them in a safe place. Direct
sunlight or heat can damage some tickets.
- BOOKING & AUTHORIZATION FORM : We are shipping tickets to an address in Paris than the billing address for
the credit card being used for the transaction, you MUST fill out our
CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM or your order will be
cancelled. Simply fill out the form with the event you wish to
purchase, provide legible copies of your Driver's License and
Credit Card, and fax this back to the number on the form. This is done to
protect you, the Client, and Paris Webservices Service from potentially fraudulent
use of your credit card.
- Delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. If you must
pick tickets up at will call, whether at the box office or
other designated location, we require a CHARGE AUTHORIZATION FORM
with legible copies of your Driver’s License and Credit Card or the
order will be cancelled. Again, this is done to protect both of us in fraudulent
use. Only one name can be left a will call and that person must be present with
a picture I.D. to pick up the tickets.
- CANCELLED EVENTS : All sales are final. There are no exchanges or refunds
unless Event is cancelled; in which case a full refund for the amount that you paid for the tickets. Our fees will remain charged. Delivery charges are not refunbdable i Tickets for cancelled events must be returned to to our
office within 7 business days for a refund.
. We suggest returning tickets via certified
mail or using a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery.
- In case of postponement or rescheduling of an Event, tickets are
NOT refundable and must be used on the new date.
LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS : is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, loss of
enjoyment caused by weather conditions, “rain or shine”, delays, unavailability
of public or private transportation, war, riot, civil commotion, strikes, fire,
flood, or any other act of God. The tickets can not be replaced if lost stolen or damaged.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Since tickets are a one
of a kind item they are not replaceable. There are no refunds exchanges
or cancellations on any order once it is submitted to us.. This is necessary
because we have purchased tickets
from the Opéra de Paris and we are unable return them.
Please
order tickets only after you are certain you want them.
